This notice explains how BSGFF collects, uses and protects personal information you share via our investor enquiry and contact channels.

2. What we collect
Through the Investor Enquiry Form we collect: full name, organisation, role, country, email, phone (optional), investor type, indicative ticket size, timeline, areas of interest, your message, and an enquiry reference ID we generate for tracking.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate and respond to your investor enquiry, share confidential investor documents where appropriate, and maintain an auditable record of communications. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Lawful basis
Consent (you actively tick the consent box), and legitimate interest in conducting investor relations. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing the Foundation.
5. How your enquiry is transmitted
The form opens your own email client with your enquiry pre-filled and addressed to the Foundation. Your data is transmitted via your email provider directly to BSGFF; no submissions are stored on this website's servers.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 36 months for investor-relations continuity and audit, after which it is securely archived or deleted upon request.
7. Your rights
Under Nigeria's NDPA 2023, the EU/UK GDPR and equivalent regimes, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Email us and quote your enquiry reference ID.
8. Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the Directors and their authorised advisors under confidentiality. Confidential investor documents are shared only with accredited investors under NDA.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated periodically. The current version governs from the date of publication.
